Please use the form below to contact our church office regarding general issues or questions.  All messages are directed to our main church e-mail address, then routed to the appropriate person.  If you would like to speak with someone in person, you may call us at 573-365-3366 from Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Prayer Requests

Prayer Requests may be submitted using the form below or calling our church office at 573-365-3366.  All Prayer Requests are published in our weekly newsletter "The Lake Chimes" and in our Sunday bulletin unless you request otherwise.  As a church family, we will keep these people in our prayers and our Ladies' Prayer Group will address each request individually.  Names will be taken off the list after one month, but you are always welcome to request that the name be added again.
