Search Committee

Here’s the latest from the search committee.

January 11, 2020:

The Search Committee has completed our 10-page Congregational Profile and a cover letter.  Our opening is listed on the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) Mid-America website and on the official Disciples private search website.  Several candidates have already expressed an interest.

If someone comes to your attention that you believe would be an excellent candidate, please refer them to our regional minister:

     Rev. Dr. Paul Koch
     Regional Minister
The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Mid-America
     P.O. Box 308
     Moberly, MO 65270

All candidates must go through the formal Disciples process before receiving consideration.  We anticipate that we will begin reviewing profiles in March.

Please continue praying for the committee, that we might find the best candidate to join with our congregation as we seek to be God’s loving presence in the Lake community.

A copy of our Congregational Profile and cover letter are available on the counter of the church office.
